Flamingo friends! A really cute print perfect as a love token or a friendship gift.
The flamingos bump heads forming hearts. These are inspired by the Caroni swamp in Trinidad, where I spent my formative childhood years. The flamingos fly over from Venezuela to nest in the swamp.
This print features 8 Flamingos with their beaks together in pairs.
These birds are hand printed onto handmade recycled paper using hand carved blocks. The colour is deep pink.
The thick, textured paper is deckled on all 4 sides and is 21 cm by 21 cm and the image is 16 cm by 16 cm.
These prints are numbered and there are 4 in the series and each print is signed.
