Everything I create is made here in the UK with care and consideration. I believe that beautiful products shouldn't cost the earth, so I choose eco-conscious packaging, responsibly sourced materials, and produce my textiles locally whenever possible.

I want you to feel good about the pieces you bring into your home—knowing they've been created with both people and the planet in mind.

My kitchen textiles are all printed on 275 gsm unbleached, organic breathable and absorbent cotton.

The combination of beautiful natural fabric and eco-friendly inks means they all wash well and keep their vibrant colour for longer even at 40 degree washes.

My cotton products can be washed at 40°C and dried on a low tumble dry heat or hung out. Do not wring and use a low heat iron. A care label is included to help you easily keep your item looking as good as new.

All of my items are posted free of charge, using Royal Mail second class delivery. If you need your item quicker please get in touch and I can arrange for this to be sent first class or guaranteed delivery.

Sadly I do not ship internationally.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please get in touch within 15 days of delivery. Refunds and exchanges are available for unused items returned in their original packaging.

2. Products and Services

VH Prints sells:

• Kitchen textiles

• Art prints

• Greeting cards

• Creative workshops and events

• Other products and services listed on our website

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and pricing are accurate.

3. Product Images and Colours

We aim to display colours as accurately as possible.

However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, printing processes and materials.

Minor variations in colour, texture or finish shall not be considered defects.

4. Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

A contract between you and VH Prints is formed when your order is accepted and payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our website payment provider.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, although changes will not affect orders already placed.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

VH Prints shall not be liable for delays caused by postal services, couriers, adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery where incorrect information has been supplied.

7. Returns and Refunds – Physical Products

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods.

To exercise this right, please contact us within the cancellation period.

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• In their original condition

• Returned in suitable packaging

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

8. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may:

• Replace the item

• Offer a repair

• Provide a refund

Photographic evidence may be requested.

9. Workshops and Event Bookings

Workshop places are confirmed once payment has been received.

Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop date are non-refundable unless the place can be filled.

You may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us in advance.

Cancellation by VH Prints

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient bookings, illness, venue issues or circumstances beyond our control.

If this occurs, customers will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• A transfer to an alternative date

VH Prints shall not be responsible for travel, accommodation or other associated costs.

10. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, illustrations, photographs, text and content on this website remain the property of VH Prints unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully

• Attempt to interfere with website security

• Copy website content without permission

We reserve the right to suspend access where misuse is suspected.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VH Prints shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order purchased.
