This workshop is a great way to get started with the art of block printing.
We will be using easy to carve rubber blocks which are perfect for printing your own cards, wrapping paper, t-shirts, tea towels and table cloths. I will teach you how to use the tools, create and carve your own designs and then ink and print your stamps ready to take home.
All the tools and equipment you need will be provided and the workshop will be held at my home in East Finchley, North London.
This workshop is designed for adults although children over the age of 8 may attend with their parent/guardian booking a space each.
Each place costs £45 and includes all materials used on the day.
You will take home the stamps you have carved (equivalent to an A6 lino cutting) as well as any prints or cards printed on the day. You can then continue using your stamp to make lots of prints and gifts for friends and loved ones.
Workshops are 3 hours long and will start at 2pm and finish at 5pm. Please contact me to arrange a mutually agreed time if none are shown.
